Well done on completing what must of been one of the strangest terms of school history! I have enjoyed having you all back in the classroom so much, in fact I was a bit sad the hoildays had come round so quickly. When we return, we will reading The Explorer by Katherine Rundell, an adventure story about children lost in the Amazon jungle. This will link to our Big Idea – Around The World in Forty Days. Your compulsory homework is to name and locate ten European countries (use the map below to help you). I don’t mind which ten hopefully when we come together we will have covered them all. Your non-compulsory homework is to research and present one fact about the Amazon Rainforest.
